Favorites & Archive

Star your most important notes and archive the ones you don't need daily.

Favorites and Archive are currently available on iOS and the Web app. Android support is coming soon.

Favorites

Starring a note as a favorite keeps it easily accessible at the top of your notes list or in a dedicated Favorites section.

How to favorite a note

iOS

Swipe right on a note and tap the star icon, or open the note and tap the star in the toolbar.

Android

Long-press the note and tap Favorite, or open the note and tap the star icon in the menu.

Web

Right-click the note and select Favorite, or click the star icon inside the note.

Favorited notes show a star indicator and appear in the Favorites section of the sidebar/navigation.

Removing from favorites

Use the same action to un-star a note.

Archive

The Archive is for notes you want to keep but don't need cluttering your main list. Think of it as a long-term storage area.

How to archive a note

iOS

Swipe left on a note and tap Archive, or use the more options menu inside the note.

Android

Long-press and select Archive, or use the note's action menu.

Web

Right-click the note and select Archive.

Archived notes disappear from your main list but remain fully searchable and accessible under Archive in the sidebar.

Unarchiving

Open the Archive section, find the note, and select Unarchive (or Restore to Notes). It returns to your main list.

Archived notes are not deleted. They stay in your account indefinitely until you explicitly delete them.
