Voice Notes

Record audio directly in Repeatica and have it automatically transcribed.

Voice Notes let you capture ideas, lectures, or conversations by recording audio directly in the app. Repeatica automatically transcribes the recording and saves the transcript into your note.

Recording a voice note

iOS

Open a note and tap the + attachment button, then select Voice Note. Tap the microphone button to start recording. Tap again to stop.

Android

Open a note and tap the attachment + button, then select Record Audio.

Web

Open a note and click the + attachment button, then select Voice Note.

Automatic transcription

After recording stops, Repeatica uploads the audio and begins transcription automatically. The transcript appears in your note content once complete — typically within a minute for short recordings.

Transcription runs in the background — even if you close the app, the result will be in your note when you return.

Recording limits

Each recording can be up to 120 minutes (2 hours) on all plans. Transcription uses a monthly quota shared with YouTube videos — see Subscription Plans for current limits per plan.

Playback

All voice note recordings are saved and can be replayed at any time from the attachments section of the note. The transcript and the audio are both stored.
