Streaks
Track your daily review habit with streaks, weekly activity, and session stats.
Streaks track how many consecutive days you've completed at least one review session. They're a simple way to stay motivated and build a daily review habit.
How streaks work
Your streak increases by one each day you complete a review session. If you miss a day, your streak resets to 1 on your next review.

| Review on the same day | Streak stays the same, session count goes up |
| Review the next day | Streak increases by 1 |
| Miss a day or more | Streak resets to 1 |
Both rating and skipping the last card in a session count as completing a review. You don't need to rate every card perfectly — just finish the session.
Viewing your streaks
Click the bolt icon in the header (next to the notification bell). A popover shows your weekly activity, current streak, best streak, and total sessions.
Open the sidebar, tap the ellipsis menu (three dots), and select Streaks. A sheet appears with your weekly activity and stats.
What you'll see
- This Week — Seven dots for Monday through Sunday. Filled dots mean you reviewed that day. Today's dot has a ring highlight.
- Current Streak — Your active consecutive-day count. Shows 0 if your streak is broken.
- Best Streak — Your all-time longest streak.
- Total Sessions — How many review sessions you've completed overall (including multiple sessions on the same day).
Streak indicator on completion
When you finish a review session, the completion screen shows a flame icon with your current streak count (e.g., "3 day streak"). This only appears when your streak is active.
Tips for keeping your streak
Set a daily review reminder in Settings > Review Reminders so you don't forget. Even a quick session with a few cards keeps your streak alive.
- You only need one completed session per day — reviewing more in the same day adds to your total sessions but doesn't change your streak count.
- Your streak is based on your local timezone, so traveling across time zones won't cause unexpected resets.
- If you miss a day, don't worry — your best streak is saved and your total sessions keep counting.
