Notifications
Daily review reminders
Set a daily reminder to review your due flashcards at a specific time.
Go to Settings → Notifications and enable Daily Review Reminder. Pick your preferred time.

Browser notifications are not currently supported. Use the mobile app for review reminders.
Repeatica only sends a reminder if you have cards actually due — you won't get notified on days with nothing to review.
Language
The app language follows your device language by default. To override it:
Go to Settings → Language and pick from the list of supported languages.
Go to Settings → Language and select your preferred language.
Use the language switcher in the top-right corner of the app, or go to Settings → Language.
Supported languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazilian), Russian, Turkish, Simplified Chinese.
Appearance
Switch between Light, Dark, and System themes in Settings → Preferences → Appearance. System mode follows your operating system's setting.
The desktop app shares the same appearance settings as the web app — Light, Dark, or System.

Authentication
The Account tab in Settings shows your connected sign-in providers (Google, Apple, or email/password).
- Change password — If you signed in with email and password, tap Change Password to receive a password reset link via email.
- Add a password — If you signed in with Google or Apple and want to also sign in with email/password, tap Add Password to set one up. This is optional and doesn't affect your existing sign-in method.

Privacy
In Settings → Preferences → Privacy, you can toggle analytics on or off. When enabled, Repeatica collects anonymous usage data to improve the app. No personal content is ever collected.
Subscription & usage
Your current plan, usage stats (notes, storage, AI generations, transcription minutes, AI images, and PDF pages), and subscription management are available under Settings → Subscription.

Trash
Deleted notes are held for 30 days before permanent deletion. To manage them:
Open Recently Deleted from the sidebar. From there you can restore individual notes or empty the trash to permanently delete everything.
Emptying the trash is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data and privacy
Deleting your account
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, all notes, all attachments, and all flashcards. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Account deletion cannot be undone. All your data — notes, flashcards, audio, images, PDFs — is permanently erased.
